We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEN school community in Fowlmere on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support, build trusting relationships, and help pupils achieve their full potential.

What we're looking for:
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group support to pupils with varying needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and speech and language needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Support pupils with personal care and mobility, where required
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, encouraging independence and confidence
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to meet pupils' holistic needs
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing, safety, and development of each child
- Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour to teaching staff and SENCOs
