Requirements
... - Relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school or similar setting

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support for students with EHCPs and identified SEN.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised support plans.
- Support the emotional, social, and academic development of learners.
- Promote positive behaviour and implement behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate with class teachers to adapt lesson content as required.
- Monitor student progress and report concerns to the SENCO.
- Supervise students during break or lunch as needed.
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Use strategies like visual timetables or sensory breaks to support regulation.
- Act as a mentor or key adult for a small group of SEN students.
