Key Responsibilities
One-on-one or small group support
Communication and emotional regulation assistance
Physical or personal care support as needed
Collaborate with families and specialists
Maintain daily records and support goal tracking
What You Bring
Experience in SEN, residential care, youth work or psychology
Ability to de-escalate and remain calm in challenging scenarios
Excellent team ethic and proactive problem-solving
DBS (or willingness to apply)
