What You'll Be Doing
Provide structured support for children with autism, PMLD, or trauma backgrounds
Support with personal care routines and mobility if required

Be a consistent, reliable presence who students can depend on
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals
You'll Need
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in SEN or care settings
A calm, warm personality with emotional resilience
Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
