About the Schools

Your Role
Support pupils with day-to-day routines, learning, and emotional wellbeing
Build trust and rapport with students who need stability and structure
Deliver sensory activities and adapt classroom resources to suit learner needs
Assist with personal care and mobility support where necessary
Track and report on progress, behaviour, and incidents
We're Looking For
Background in SEN, residential support, psychology, or health care
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
A positive outlook and non-judgemental approach
A DBS on the update service or willingness to get one quickly
