About the Schools

Your Role

• Support pupils with day-to-day routines, learning, and emotional wellbeing

• Build trust and rapport with students who need stability and structure

• Deliver sensory activities and adapt classroom resources to suit learner needs

• Assist with personal care and mobility support where necessary

• Track and report on progress, behaviour, and incidents

We're Looking For

• Background in SEN, residential support, psychology, or health care

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

• A positive outlook and non-judgemental approach

• A DBS on the update service or willingness to get one quickly
