Key Roles & Responsibilities
Curriculum Architecture: Designing and delivering a bespoke, adaptive curriculum that translates complex EHCP targets into engaging, achievable classroom activities.
Barriers to Breakthroughs: Implementing specialist teaching strategies to remove learning obstacles and promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
Team Leadership: Managing a dedicated class team of support staff, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing approach to pupil development.
Specialist Liaison: Acting as a consultant between families, external professionals, and mainstream settings to ensure seamless transitions for every child.
Progress Mapping: Systematically monitoring and assessing pupil milestones, pivoting your teaching methods based on real-time evidence of progress.

Who You Are (Requirements)
Qualified Expert: You must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
SEN Specialist: Substantial experience teaching pupils with SEND (specifically Autism and complex needs) is essential.
Adaptive Thinker: You possess deep knowledge of bespoke curriculum design and have a toolkit of adaptive teaching strategies at your disposal.
