Responsibilities:
- Manage all workstreams to successful execution, across Reward, HR and Talent.
- Managing the Steering Committee to drive effective decision making
- Reporting to Reward SME, runs & manages project operationally e.g. manage project plan, organizes key stakeholder updates, manages budget, delivers PMO reporting
- Frees up current reward team for other reward priorities
- Works with SME and becomes topic expert to support countries
- Brings knowledge of HR regulations and policy implementation and knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Aligning countries and sub regions on a consistent approach, where applicable
- Manage interdependencies across talent and talent acquisition process
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified, Graduate or Member status or equivalent by experience
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Sound up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong change management, people management, re-structuring, employee relations and recruitment expertise
- Proven track record as a HR generalist with experience in a fast paced and unionised environment
- Excellent team leadership skills and a practical `hands on' approach to all HR issues with a continuous improvement mind-set
