The Role
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Lead, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality service while driving commercial expansion within the domestic water hygiene and treatment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership: Oversee the profitability and fulfillment of major contracts, ensuring you consistently exceed client expectations.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive additional sales by working with your team to secure new business opportunities within existing and potential client bases.
Compliance & Excellence: Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure 100% compliance with Legionella Control Association (LCA) standards and industry regulations.
Operational Oversight: Lead on-site teams and collaborate with SHEQ to ensure staff training, competency, and strict adherence to health and safety.
Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed financial and operational reports to senior management, demonstrating clear growth and efficiency gains.
Required Skills & Experience
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in Water Hygiene and Water Treatment account management within the commercial sector, i.e. Cooling Towers, FMCG, Heathcare etc
Proven Leadership: A strong track record of mentoring, developing, and leading account management teams.
Financial Acumen: Comfortable managing budgets, P&L oversight, and driving commercial targets.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of LCA guidelines and health and safety regulations within the water sector.
Communication: An exceptional communicator capable of negotiating and influencing at all levels, from site teams to senior stakeholders.
