Experience5 years
Skills- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with families and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong assessment and case management skills
- Experience developing and implementing effective intervention plans
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong commitment to social work principles and a proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of family dynamics and a passion for empowering families to achieve their goals.
- Social Work degree (or equivalent)
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Experience working with vulnerable families
Social Work Degree or equivalent.
