The Role: As SQS, you'll hold the financial reins of premium residential packages. We need a commercial heavyweight who understands that in luxury development, the "standard" isn't good enough.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Ownership: Manage end-to-end costs for high-spec residential packages.
Procurement: Lead sub-contractor selection, ensuring we partner only with the best.
Risk & Value: Spot the pitfalls before they happen and drive value without compromising the "high-end" finish.
Reporting: Deliver sharp, accurate CVRs to the Commercial Manager.
What You Need:
The Experience: A proven track record in High-End Residential is essential.
The Level: You're currently an SQS or a heavy-hitting QS ready to step up with management experience.
The Location: Based on-site in South West London.
The Vibe: You're sharp, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The Package:
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 (Permanent).
