🚀 The Role: What You'll Do
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing the full 360-degree recruitment cycle. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same:
Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new construction clients across Kent and the wider South East.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, interview, and match high-calibre candidates to roles, ensuring the best talent is placed.
Market Expertise: Become the go-to expert in your specialist construction field.
Goal Achievement: Work towards and exceed both personal and team revenue targets.

Essential Requirements:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in either recruitment (any sector) or a fast-paced, B2B sales/telesales environment.
Drive & Motivation: A strong desire to succeed, with a measurable track record of hitting targets.
Resilience: The ability to handle pressure, objections, and bounce back quickly.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both clients and candidates.
