Responsibilities: Supervising staff, implementing theraputic care plans, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, collaborating with colleagues and health and social care professionals, and ensuring the physical and social needs of the children and young people are met at all times. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures. You will play an active part in team leadership, care plan implementation, safeguarding, staff mentorship, and collaboration with external agencies
What We Offer: £14 hour, 2-on/4-off rota (7:30 am - 11:00 pm with one sleep-in per two days on) sleep in are paid at £70.00 per sleep in, supportive team, opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People or Children and Young People's Workforce, minimum 2 years experience in a similar senior role is essential for this role and a full UK driving license.
