Responsibilities:
Lead and support complex casework involving older people and adults with physical and learning disabilities
Complete and oversee Care Act assessments, care planning, and reviews
Provide professional oversight and support to less experienced team members
Contribute to DSTs, safeguarding, and court work where required
Ensure high-quality, person-centred practice across a complex caseload
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective outcomes
To be considered, ideally you will have:
Minimum 3+ years' post-qualified experience in adult social work
Experience working at Senior Social Worker level or acting-up experience
Social Work Degree/Diploma
Registered with Social Work England
Strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding, and complex case management
Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
