We offer: A competitive salary of £38.50 per hour.

ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:
You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessments and managing a demanding caseload within the Assessment & Duty team. You will work directly with vulnerable individuals and families, providing timely and effective social work interventions.
Specifically the activities will be:
Conducting thorough assessments of individuals' needs, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with other agencies and professionals, attending meetings and case conferences, and maintaining accurate records.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?
Significant experience as a qualified social worker, ideally within a local authority setting. Proven ability to manage a complex caseload effectively and efficiently.
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of relevant legislation and social work practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to providing high-quality social work services.
Level of studyWhat requirements are we looking for?
A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work) and current registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC).
