Senior Support Worker - Penicuik (1 Post)

Pay: £13.75 per hour (rising to £13.89)
Hours: 36 per week | Shifts: Various
Service: Homelessness

We're looking for an experienced Support Worker ready to step into a senior role, or an existing Senior looking for a new challenge. You'll support individuals experiencing homelessness, often with mental health and substance use needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and support day-to-day service delivery

• Co-produce and manage support plans

• Support recruitment and referrals

• Mentor and supervise staff

Requirements:

• SVQ3 in Social Care

• 3+ years' frontline support experience

• Experience in homelessness, mental health, or addictions
