Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. This pivotal role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, providing expert technical leadership, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and third-party integrations, alongside a strong track record of technical consultation, innovation, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Define the overall architecture for ServiceNow solutions, encompassing core platform capabilities, multiple modules, integrations, and configurations. Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership & Consultation: Provide expert technical advice, lead solution design sessions, and engage with clients using strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thought Leadership: Position the organization as a ServiceNow ecosystem leader by driving innovation and sharing expertise.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate closely with teams to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
- Integration & Automation: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using Integration Hub, web services (SOAP/REST), eBonding, and other methods.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable by monitoring performance and applying optimizations.
- Quality Assurance: Promote adherence to best practices in quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture.
- Expertise in at least five of the following ServiceNow product suites:
- CSDM and CMDB
- ITOM (Health and Visibility, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integration with Monitoring Tools, Health Log Analytics)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Sales Order Management (SOM)
- Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
- Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Service Portal and Mobile Applications.
- Certified ServiceNow Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Implementation Specialist, and Certified System Administrator.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
