Need to have a Standard DBS - Milti-Skilled engineer as per job description attached. working hours will be on rolling 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm shifts changing each week
Qualifications/Required Experience:
- Experience in building services, working within financial / critical environments
- Apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance
- City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent would be desirable
- IET 18th edition would be desirable
- City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
- Water Hygiene/Legionella Management experience desirable
- Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
- Good knowledge of building services and legislation
- Have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player that brings out the best in others
- Possesses MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills
- Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
- Highly customer focused with a capacity to learn and progress
- Visibly demonstrates a "Can Do' attitude that encourages team participation
- A "problem solver" with ambition to achieve
