I am partnering with a luxury hotel in London, who are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer who will be responsible to ensure that should our client encounter any defects or discomfort during their stay, either with personal equipment or hotel property, a fast and active response is readily available, ensuring a pleasant stay, whilst maintaining client satisfaction and high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Visual plant room inspections
- Visual inspections of communal spaces
- Reacting to guest maintenance issues in rooms, bathrooms, and communal hotel spaces
- Tap temperature readings
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Painting/decorating
- Basic carpentry
- Building flat pack furniture
Requirements:
- Maintenance experience
- Problem solving
- Organisation and planning
- Good attention to detail
