Wait, is your answer YES? I am excited to inform you that we are seeking a highly organised and motivated SIMS Administrator to join and play a key role in the efficient running of one of our prominent school's data systems in Wirral.
About the Role:
As our SIMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate management and maintenance of the school's Management Information System (SIMS), ensuring data integrity and supporting staff across departments with timely, relevant, and well-structured information. Your work will directly support school leadership, teaching staff, and student services.
Key duties:
- Maintain and update pupil records and attendance data within SIMS.
- Support staff with generating reports and analysing data.
- Coordinate school census returns and statutory data requirements.
- Assist with admissions, timetabling, assessment data, and behaviour tracking.
- Provide technical support and training on SIMS for staff as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with SIMS in an educational setting.
- Excellent ICT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
