We are seeking a Site Admin to act as a vital link between our leadership team and the production floor. From managing high-level logistics and meeting minutes to leading employee forums and conducting GMP safety tours, you will be the 'glue' that keeps our site compliant, communicative, and running like clockwork.
Job Title: Site Admin
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing (Full-Time)
*Potential to becoming permanent*
Pay Rate: £16.5/hour
Location: Morpeth
Shift Pattern: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the extended leadership team with tasks as taking minutes of meetings, booking travel or accommodation, organising meetings, completing/supporting audits.
- Completing GMP tours, providing safety/quality feedback
- Assisting with any reasonable request from site leadership
- Inputting staff worked hours
- Compiling staff feedback
- Leading site employee forum
- Any additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Manager
Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ years in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment.
- Foundational understanding of GMP standards and Health & Safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence peers and present to executives.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to transition frequently between a professional office environment and a manufacturing/warehouse floor.
