RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage a team, coordinate resources, and maintain high safety standards. This is a chance to make a real impact on crucial infrastructure projects.
Main tasks include
- Lead site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and clients.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in site management within the utilities sector.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in self-delivery or utilities projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- Commitment to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
