- Overseeing and managing enabling works, including site surveys, clearance, office relocation, and installation of temporary facilities.
- Supervising demolition activities and the removal of existing revetment material/structures.
- Managing the construction of temporary structures and the main Quay Wall Structure (front quay wall, rear anchor wall, and tie rods).
- Directing earthworks, reinforced concrete works (including cope beams), and concrete slab leveling.
- Implementing drainage and electrical systems, including positive surface water drainage and high mast lighting.
- Site Engineer: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Senior Engineer: Up to £60,000 per annum
- Company Car or generous Car Allowance
- Living Away Allowance (Subsistence and accommodation support provided for non-local candidates)
- Pension: Robust 6% employer contribution
