Job Role
Act as the primary key holder, managing the daily unlocking and securing of the school gates and buildings.
Oversee the cleaning team's daily rotas and performance to ensure a hygienic learning environment.
Conduct morning site perimeters to identify and mitigate any potential hazards before pupils arrive.
Serve as the main point of contact for the Headteacher regarding emergency repairs or facilities concerns.
Manage the school's waste management strategy and recycling initiatives.
Qualifications
Must have previous UK school experience with a strong understanding of the "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) framework.
Possess a Level 2 or 3 trade qualification (Plumbing, Joinery, or Electrical).
Valid First Aid at Work certificate and a clean UK driving license.
Proven ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
