- Pay: £200.00 - £250.00 per day

About the Role

You will take the responsibility of a medium to large-scale development in the area, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery, on high-quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub-contractors, trades, and site personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures.
- Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues.
- Conduct regular site inductions, tool-box talks, and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience (minimum 3+ years as a Site Manager on high-volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certification.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
