The Role
We are seeking a compliance-driven Site Manager to oversee FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) and refurbishment works within the occupied social housing sector. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure strict site safety, and deliver high-quality handovers while minimizing disruption to residents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience managing FRA or planned refurbishment works within Social Housing.
Strong subcontractor management and resident communication skills.

CSCS Black Managers Card
SMSTS Certificate
First Aid Certificate
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
