Job Title: Site Manager (New Build Housing)
Location: Beverley
Pay Rate: £28.54 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: Ongoing
Duties Include:
Directing and managing day-to-day site operations on a new build housing development.
Ensuring full compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.
Managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and site traffic to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining clear communication across all teams.
Requirements:
Valid Black or White CSCS Card.
Valid SMSTS ticket.
Valid First Aid qualification.
Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build residential/housing projects.
Reliable, punctual, with strong leadership and communication skills.
