Randstad C&P are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading bespoke construction company in the heart of Gloucestershire! The company are recruiting for a Site Manager to assist their projects across the Cotsworlds, working on high-quality, innovative developments!
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating a seamless experience from concept to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and proactively resolve challenges that may arise during construction, employing creative solutions to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Take ownership of all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate onsite teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to deliver exceptional results while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring that every detail meets the exacting standards of luxury and craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in site management, with a proven track record of overseeing high-end residential construction projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, with the ability to interpret architectural plans and engineering drawings, as well as processing various paperwork.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate onsite teams to achieve excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to uncompromising quality, ensuring that every aspect of construction reflects the pinnacle of luxury.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
