Site Readiness Coordinator:
We are currently seeking a Site Readiness Coordinator to support and advise the offshore teams on major wind farm projects.
The role is fully remote and will be on a temporary to permanent basis
Responsibilities:
- Support with implementation of relevant SAP procedures on Site and conduct on-site training of new systems.
- Support work break structure for sites at initiation phase.
- Create/maintain service orders in SAP.
- Obtain/negotiate prices of agreed accommodation scope and verify accommodation fit to requirements by means of a site visit.
- Support site management with the site set up concept on/offshore and place order for equipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain project documentation (resource plans, training matrices).
- Act as interface between Site and Operational Purchasing.
- Advise and assist with creation of new suppliers, if relevant.
- Support in project meetings in initiation phase.
- Monitor and report on project readiness to site and senior management teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years in administration; supervisory experience a plus.
- Experience in offshore/renewable sector is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Proficient in MS Office.
- SAP and SharePoint experience beneficial.
- Ability to react to change and plan/coordinate accordingly.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
