About the Role:
One of our leading contractors is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to start immediately on a new build commercial project in central Oxford. This is a long-term role for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project schedules.
- Driving performance and proactively manage subcontractors to ensure they meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
- Ensuring site safety
Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager/ Supervisr on commercial developments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety legislation (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS).
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work certification.
