About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team for an immediate start on a site in Heathfield.
This role offers long-term, ongoing work for a candidate with strong practical site skills, a solid work ethic, and a dependable attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trade teams and site managers with daily site operations.
- Assisting with groundworks tasks, drainage, prep work, and site clearance.
- Safe handling of tools, site equipment, and materials.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site environment at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card (Essential).
- Full UK Driver's License (Essential due to site location/travel).
- Practical groundworks experience (Highly beneficial).
- Valid Safety Critical Medical certificate (Desirable, but not essential).
- Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel-toe boots).
- Right to work in the UK.
