Randstad is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to work as a Social Worker within a reputable Adult Social Care team.
Position description / Job description- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and develop person-centered care plans.
- Provide direct support and interventions to vulnerable adults facing various challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to the ongoing development of service delivery.
- Develop and deliver effective interventions that promote client independence and improve quality of life.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work).
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with vulnerable adults in a social care setting.
- You possess a strong understanding of social work principles, theories, and practice models.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in using IT systems to record and manage case information.
- You are a highly motivated and compassionate individual committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Experience working within the Adult Social Care sector would be advantageous.
