Requirements:
Registered with Social Care England.
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Experience in child and family assessment is highly desirable.
Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies relating to children's social care.
Ability to build rapport and trust with children, families, and other professionals.
Commitment to person-centered practice and ethical standards.
