Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs, developing and implementing care plans, advocating for children's rights, collaborating with families and other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, LCSW), significant experience working with children in care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to ethical practice.
