Randstad is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. This role focuses on providing support and services to children with disabilities, with a particular emphasis on literacy development and reading skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessing the needs of children with disabilities, developing and implementing individualized intervention plans, providing direct support to children and families, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities. A focus on improving reading skills is essential.

Candidates must possess a relevant social work degree and be registered with the appropriate professional body. Experience working with children with disabilities is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to child welfare and a passion for helping children reach their full potential. Experience promoting literacy development in children with disabilities is highly desirable.
