ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:
As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advocacy to vulnerable individuals and families. This will involve working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to develop and implement effective care plans. You'll be a key part of our team, helping to improve the lives of those in need.
Specifically the activities will be:
Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with other professionals, attending meetings, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to provide direct support to clients, advocating for their needs and ensuring access to appropriate services.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?
We are seeking a Social Worker with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a front-line setting. Experience working with vulnerable populations is essential, along with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practice.
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be a highly organised individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid Social Work qualification and registration with the relevant professional body are also required.

A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work) is required, along with current registration with a relevant professional body.
