Your Role:

In this frontline role, you'll:

• Manage initial contacts, referrals, and assessments

• Make informed decisions around thresholds and next steps

• Engage with families and professionals to build clear plans of support

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely, effective interventions

Requirements:

• Social Work Wales registration

• Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA/DipSW or equivalent)

• Frontline experience (intake, assessment, or safeguarding ideal)

• Strong assessment and decision-making skills

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
