Role Overview
Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Integrated Cluster Network Team (ICNT). Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will provide a strengths-based, outcome-focused response to adults to promote independence and wellbeing. This role focuses on "what matters" to people, enabling individuals to sustain independence through assessment, care and support planning, and practical interventions.
Requirements
Registration: Social Work Degree or recognized qualification and current registration with Social Care Wales.
Compliance: An enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
Driving: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
Experience: Ability to work within the legislative framework and experience in multi-disciplinary environments
