Randstad is partnering with a leading organisation in the mental health sector to find a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join their team.
Position description / Job description- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct social work services to individuals and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in case conferences and supervision sessions.
- Develop and facilitate support groups or workshops.
- Engage in community outreach and education initiatives.
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant Social Work degree (e.g., Bachelor of Social Work).
- You possess a valid Social Work license or registration.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in mental health social work.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- You are proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
- Experience working with adults with mental health issues is an advantage.
