- Provide direct social work services, including counseling, case management, and advocacy.

We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant social work degree and are registered with the appropriate regulatory body.
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a social work capacity.
- You have a proven track record of successful case management and client advocacy.
- You possess strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
- You are proficient in using various social work tools and technologies.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a positive difference in their lives.
