Responsibilities:
- Care reviews, care at home reviews and assessments.
- Statutory Compliance and Re-Assessment.
- Care Planning and Adjustment.
- Safeguarding and Protection.
- Collaboration and Advocacy.
- Administration and Recording.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree
- SSSC registration
- PVG
Experience:
- Adults
