Responsibilities:
- Build authentic, trusting relationships with children and families to facilitate real change.
- Conduct robust assessments using the GIRFEC framework to identify needs and mitigate risks.
- Represent the "voice of the child" at Children's Hearings, Court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings.
- Work creatively to keep families together where safe, or lead the search for permanent, loving homes through kinship, fostering, or adoption.
- Partner with schools, health professionals, and police to provide a seamless "Team Around the Child."
Requirements:
- PVG
- SSSC registration
- Social Work Degree
