- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide direct support and advocacy to adults.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Adhere to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

We're looking for you, if:
- You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, BA Social Work).
- You have experience working with adults.
- You possess strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are familiar with relevant legislation and policies.
- AMHP qualification is highly desirable.
