RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will conduct thorough safeguarding assessments, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure children's safety and well-being. You'll be a crucial part of a team dedicated to positive change in the community.
Main tasks include
- Conducting comprehensive safeguarding assessments.
- Developing and implementing care plans.
- Collaborating with families and other agencies.
- Advocating for children's rights and needs.
- Social work qualification (e.g., MSW, BA in Social Work).
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Strong assessment, case management and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to child welfare and safeguarding.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Driving license and access to a car.
