To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by young adults transitioning to independence, and a proven track record of providing effective support and guidance.

• Social Work degree (or equivalent)
• Current registration with the relevant professional body
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
