Roles and Responsibilities:

• Individualized Education Planning: You will assess students' needs and develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs) that set specific, achievable goals for each student. This involves a deep understanding of various learning challenges and a creative approach to curriculum adaptation.
• Differentiated Instruction: You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities within your classroom. This includes using specialist resources and assistive technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to create a holistic support system for students.
