Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN
- Develop and implement EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
- Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
- Foster students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or training in SEN
- Child DBS on update service.
- A strong understanding of a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
- Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
