Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN
• Develop and implement EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
• Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
• Foster students' social, emotional, and behavioural development

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or training in SEN
• Child DBS on update service.
• A strong understanding of a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
