Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs across the classroom and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
• Promote independence and build students' confidence and self-esteem
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
• Monitor and record student progress in collaboration with teachers and SENCO
• Support with personal care where required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
• Child DBS on update service.
• A calm, compassionate, and resilient attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
