Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your role is centred on expert adaptability and effective classroom leadership:
- Curriculum Delivery: Taking pre-existing lesson plans and executing them flawlessly, delivering impactful educational sessions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 stages.
- Positive Climate: Utilising proactive management strategies to instantly establish a safe, focused, and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils.
- Versatility: Seamlessly transitioning between different year groups and school settings, gaining broad exposure and enriching your teaching portfolio.
- Collaboration: Working effectively alongside support staff and school leadership to maintain the flow of learning and uphold the school's standards.
Essential Requirements::
- Mandatory Certification: Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong working familiarity with the primary curriculum, allowing for swift adaptation.
- Leadership Style: A calm, resourceful, and commanding presence able to lead any primary classroom with confidence and creativity.
- Mindset: A professional who embraces variety, adapts instantly to new challenges, and is reliable and punctual.
- Compliance: Holds a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or is prepared to secure one immediately.
