We are recruiting an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the crucial SAS Team at Hartlepool. This role offers an excellent hourly rate and the chance to work in a focused, high-impact assessment environment.
What the SAS Team Does:
The SAS Team is typically responsible for undertaking complex, in-depth assessments, often following initial MASH/Front Door screening. Your work will focus on:
Undertaking high-quality, comprehensive assessments of children and families, including Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and complex capacity assessments.
Developing clear, outcomes-focused Care Plans based on your expert analysis.
Working closely with legal services, police, and health professionals to ensure children are protected and their needs are met.
Preparing high-standard reports and documentation for multi-agency meetings and court proceedings where necessary.
