Key Responsibilities:
Take clear, structured, and accessible notes during lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group sessions (typed or handwritten, depending on the situation)
Review and edit your notes after sessions to ensure clarity and usefulness
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with students
Put students' needs first while following university guidelines and procedures
Communicate regularly with Randstad, reporting any concerns and maintaining confidentiality to ensure consistent support
What we're looking for:
Strong typing skills
Excellent spelling and grammar
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to stay focused and organised under pressure
Strong time management and attention to detail
A personal laptop for taking notes and emailing them to students
Successful candidates will be invited to complete a video interview, followed by a typing and note-taking assessment.
